Built the world's first ERP chatbot on Telegram, enabling users to manage billing, stock, sales, customer balances, and more through natural language. Features voice transcription (Sarvam AI + Groq Whisper), PDF receipt generation, barcode printing, interactive buttons, multi-language support for Indian languages, service business modes (hotels, gyms, spas), storefront integration, Tally XML migration, and AI-powered agents for payment collection and smart alerts.
